ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS:  In an effort to avoid scheduling conflicts, you are asked to complete and submit a Program/Reception Setup form.  This form must be submitted to the administrative office one to two weeks prior to any event or activity to be held in the church’s Fellowship Hall.  The form may be obtained by coming into the office, or you may pick one up from “CJ” Weathers, of building maintenance.
